    You can change your world simply by shifting your perception of it. There is something within our minds to which we can go for meaningful change. This mindfulness and meditation series is intended to be practical and helpful by training us to become increasingly vigilant as we go through our day acknowledging that there is another thought in our minds, another teacher we can choose. This is a key step in purposefully stepping out of victimhood and into freedom and joy.  

    During this 6-week series, participants can expect a blend of meditation, mindfulness “talks”, journaling and expression.

    No previous experience required.
