  • Yoga Nidra is an immensely powerful meditation technique that is extremely effective in reducing stress and improving the quality of your sleep. Just one session is equivalent to 4-6 hours of sleep. The session will begin with a few minutes of mindful movement to help release tension and prepare for the guided meditation.
