• Discover the physical and mental benefits of prenatal yoga during this 6wk series. 

    This is special time for Mom and baby. Enjoy a gentle movement practice designed just for the moms-to-be. Our sessions will also include meditation and different themes- all geared towards helping you along your journey to prepare for baby.  

    The benefits of practicing prenatal yoga are many. You may experience reduced anxiety, increased strength and flexibility in preparation for child birth, as well as decreased discomfort and body aches, while improving sleep. All levels welcome.
