• A 4wk in-studio + online program dedicated to strengthening the body and supporting the mind. If on-going stress is playing a role in your life, or if you're ready to take control over your physical and mental well-being, then this program is for you! A solid self-care practice is one that incorporates all aspects of yoga: strength, flexibility + mindfulness. During our 4 weeks together, you will enjoy a weekly 45min-Yoga Fit practice and a weekly 45min YIN + Meditate class! The weekly schedule:

    Saturdays (Sept 19, 26, Oct 3,10) 
    Yoga Fit (in-studio): 10:30am-11:15am

    Mondays: (Sept 21,28, Oct 5,12)
    YIN + Meditate (online): 7:30pm-8:15pm

    Class descriptions:

    Yoga Fit: Tune In(ward) & Tone Up! This is a fun, all levels practice that mixes: yoga, cardio and plyometrics. Yoga Fit will leave you feeling strong and inspired to move throughout your day.

    YIN + Meditate: an uncomplicated gentle practice that helps you unwind from stress, find equilibrium and feel good physically and emotionally. You will learn how to take control of your mind and experience the power of the present moment, the only place where true joy is possible.
