• Join Meghan as we explore through meditation and learn about impact of racial equality using a specific Unified Mindfulness technique. Unified Mindfulness is a simple, yet highly effective meditation system built for the modern world. It brings together key elements of Eastern contemplative traditions and the technological, scientifically-based methodology of the West. This session is designed to help empower you to stop, listen and honour yourself.

    Meghan Wills is a mindfulness coach, mindset healer and empowerment guide. She has facilitated several workshops and mindfulness discussions around mindful re-centering, mental health, racial injustice and healing circles for the BIPOC community. Meghan was on the panel this year for Bell Let’s Talk day and has worked with organizations like OCDSB and Invest Ottawa to name a few.
